BBQ Master, Jamie Clark of Derby City Sauces and Grilling Guru, Mark Hester have created this website to help the Weekend Grillers. Jamie and Mark have been grilling and cooking BBQ and competing in BBQ cookoffs for many years and has gained a deep understanding of what it takes to make tender mouth-watering Barbecue.

Jamie and Mark are joined by some of the biggest names in the world of Barbeque. Legends on the World of BBQ, the BBQ Competition Trail and the Forums such as Bill Anderson, Alien BBQ, Chris G., Mark Gardner, Marc Cady, Jim Williams and Bob Anderson. But, we don't just have great BBQ -- we have contributions from some of the web's most creative and fun people such as camping maven, Julie Miklaszewicz, of RV Outpost and the party expert, Megan, of NotMartha fame.

The The Weekend Grillers will make the Secrets and Techniques of the BBQ Masters and so much more available to YOU!

Big BIG News for the Weekend Grillers

In the past few weeks the Weekend Grillers have been fortunate to add several big names from the World of BBQ to our ranks. Alien BBQ, Bill Anderson, Chris G. -- all are known and respected on the forums and in competition.

But in all corners of the BBQ World there is one name that stands above all others --

Stephen Raichlen

-- and he is now on The Weekend Grillers!

Mr. Raichlen is the author of The Barbecue Bible, BBQ USA, How to Grill, Beer-Can Chicken, Ribs, Ribs, Ribs and More. He is the founder of Barbeque University and host of The Primal Grill (starting May 2008) and Barbecue University TV shows on PBS. In August, 2003, he even battled — and defeated — Iron Chef Roksbura Michiba in a barbecue battle on the Japanese Iron Chef. He is a hell of a nice guy, too.

The Grillers will be featuring recipes and techniques from this master-of-the-masters -- about one per week. Each article will feature a link to purchase one of Mr. Raichlen's books. If you like what you read, buy his books. You won't be sorry.
